Roedell's Landscaping provides an outstanding selection of rock colors and sizes, paired with an incredibly friendly, knowledgeable office staff and highly affordable pricing. Randy was excellent to work with throughout the process. He demonstrated strong product knowledge, clear communication, and exceptional professionalism. Our order was placed on a Thursday and delivered promptly that Saturday. Furthermore, Randy went above and beyond during delivery by distributing the rock into several strategic piles along our project site, which significantly simplified the spreading process. Highly recommend!

Well spent some time going into this business for the past few weeks, and every time the customer service was outstanding. Lots of trips to pick up bags of rock. My bear island came out great. Thanks for the best rocks !

Honestly, the customer service here is disappointing. Getting someone to answer the phone feels like pulling teeth, and being stuck on hold for extended periods just to get basic assistance is ridiculous. Communication seems to be a serious problem, and the overall lack of responsiveness comes across as unprofessional and careless. If a company can’t manage to answer its phones or communicate properly, it raises serious questions about how much it actually values people’s time. The customer service experience has been frustrating, and based on my experience, this company has a lot of work to do when it comes to treating people with basic courtesy and professionalism…

After I gave her my measurements and placed my order, she let me know I had ordered more rocks than I actually needed, which I really appreciated. Her husband, Kenny, even made two deliveries to my home the next day. We have since returned to purchase other products. The whole team was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
